- 1 lb. fresh fish (I used swordfish, but salmon or another kind would work)
- 3 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients but fish
2. Dip fish in sauce, then place in large ziplock bag
3. Pour remaining sauce into bag, seal
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
5. Put fish on a foil-lined tray
6. Broil to desired doneness (5-10 min. depending on thickness of fish)
7. 2 min. before fish is done, brush additional sauce on
