Instructions:
1. Combine flour, salt, & allspice in a large plastic bag
2. Add chicken to bag, shake to coat
3. Heat large skillet over medium heaet
4. Melt butter in pan
5. Add chicken and cook 5-6 minutes
6. Turn chicken over, cook 1 minute
7. Add cranberries, half of cider, and vinegar
8. Cook until chicken is done, about 7 minutes, adding more cider as needed
9. Serve over rice, top with the cranberry compote
