1. Saute diced onions, garlic and chicken in olive oil.
2. Heat soup and water in large saucepan/dutch oven.
3. Add chicken/onion/garlic mixture.
4. Chop potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and essence, simmer 30 min.
6. Add peas, simmer 5 minutes.
7. Prepare bisquick mix, add in tablespoons to boiling stew.
8. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
