Maple-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 2-4 servings of salmon filets

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients except salmon with a whisk
2. Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 20 min.
3. Place salmon in a tin foil-lined 9x13" pan
4. Bake at 475F for 10-15 min. depending on size of filets
