- 1 lb. ground chicken - 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (about 4 cloves) - 2 Tbsp. minced shallots or scallions - 2-4 Tbsp. minced jalapenos (depending on desired spiciness) - 3/4 cup minced basil - 2 tsp. sugar - 1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce - 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
1. Heat oil in large skillet 2. Add garlic, onion, and jalapenos 3. Saute them then add chicken 4. Cook chicken, stirring, until halfway done 5. Add basil, fish sauce, and sugar 6. Saute and stir until chicken is cooked thoroughly
